New Suburb Beautiful is a very centrally located historic and popular South Tampa neighborhood. New Suburb Beautiful boundaries are roughly Morrison Avenue to the north, MacDill Avenue to the west, Prospect Avenue to the south and the Lee Roy Selmon Crosstown Expressway to the east. Howard Avenue, Bayshore Boulevard and Downtown Tampa can all be easily accessed with minutes.

Situated between Hyde Park and Palma Ceia, the neighborhood is one of the smallest within the city limits of Tampa with 77 acres. Nearly all of the historic New Suburb Beautiful homes have been restored to their original beauty. "New Suburb Beautiful" is actually three separate subdivisions which were platted and developed in the 1920's by the same developer. The creation of this neighborhood was a result of the great real estate boom that swept Florida after the First World War.
